Chris was amazing to work with. He is extremely customer focused. Moving can be stressful, and he made it so easy and smooth - not to mention a move out of state. I hit some snags in the size of storage units that I would need on the day items were moved into the storage unit facility, and Chris was completely awesome in working everything out to ensure my belongings would fit into additional units that we hadn't planned on needing.
