Exceptional isn't where it ends it is where it starts! I was in a panic to find a place to store my household goods while my new home is being built. Laura worked some magic and found me the two units I needed. I took my wife to see the place and Katrina showed us the lockers. The place was spotless. When I asked how old it was, I was expecting her to say it was a year or two old. That building was 11 and looked like it must have the day it was opened.
Laura Haller, Manager, made this transaction an absolute pleasure... from locating to securing a nearly impossible to find storage unit to assistance with completion of the agreement to staying overtime to make follow-up notes. Not only does Laura go above and beyond her duties to get the job done, but her efficiency and pleasant demeanor is refreshing in this oftentimes inefficient and lack luster world in which we live. So customer centric. I was very hard to find any storage in the area and Laura worked to find space. Just such a pleasure to work with. First of all Laura was very informative, and helpful. Very nice person! The storage unit was clean, and very accessible when I got off the elevator.
